Here we have the Lancashire Farm Natural Bio, Fat Free and Greek style kilo yogurt pots sitting on top of the rolling hills of Lancashire.
We are the very first UK yogurt makers to commit to only using free range milk in every last one of our pots. But what does that mean exactly? Free range milk, much like free range eggs and chickens, comes from cows that are free to roam the fields for at least 150 days of the year, every year. You might think that this is the norm, but unfortunately it isn’t across the industry. At Lancashire Farm, we believe that it only takes one of us to take that first step before everyone else (hopefully) follows suit and a trend is set forever. We know that happy cows make the best milk, so it only makes sense to do everything in our power to keep them as happy as they are healthy - our Grazing Guarantee and exclusive use of free range milk will do exactly that.

We check our cows are kept to free range standards every 18 months, and carry out random spot checks regularly.
